Umat Islam sedunia nampaknya harus kecewa sangat mendapat terhadap si pembeni Al-Quran, Geert Wilders. Hari Senin kemarin, pengadilan Belanda telah memutuskan tak bersalah terjadap pembuat film Fitna dan pernah menganggap Al-Quran sebagai ‘buku orang fasis’.

Pengadilan menganggap anggota parlemen sayak kanan Belanda itu tidak bersalah oleh pengadilan di Negeri Kincir Angin itu.

Wilders dinyatakan tidak bersalah menyebarkan kebencian, meski komentar-komentar atau film yang dibuatnya menyakitkan umat muslim sedunia. Demikian dilansir Radio Netherlands, Selasa (8/4) kemarin.

Sebelumnya, Wilders diadukan ke pengadilan oleh Federasi Islam Belanda (DIF), yang menuntut Wilders dihukum karena membandingkan Al-Quran dengan Mein Kampf, buku yang dibuat Adolf Hitler dan dianggap sebagai kitab suci kaum Nazi.

DIF berargumentasi bahwa Wilders telah menghasut dan menimbulkan rasa kebencian terhadap Muslims. Karena itu, pria dengan rambut jabrik ini selayaknya harus dihukum berat.

Sayangnya, hari Senin kemarin, hakim pengadilan Belanda mengatakan, anggota parlemen dari kubu konservatif itu tak bersalah dan memiliki hak untuk berbicara dan mengekspresikan opininya.

Minggu-minggu ini berbagai protes melawan film Fitna merambah berbagai Negeri dengan komunitas Muslim. Diantaranya; Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia, Mesir dan Afghanistan. Di Belanda sendiri, banyak kalangan Muslim menunggu dengan perasaan cemas keputusan pengadilan ini.

Keputusan pengadilan Netherland ini nampaknya menafikkanya perasaan kecewa mendalam warga Muslim dunia. Nampaknya, kebebasan serta demokrasi di Barat dan Eropa tak benar-benar memberi ruang pada Islam.

Fatwa haram Majelis Ulama Indonesia tentang kuis SMS Judi telah dikeluarkan sejak tanggal 26 mei 2006. Fatwa tersebut dikeluarkan sebagai hasil keputusan Ijtima Ulama yang dihadiri lebih dari seribu ulama di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor. Namun begitu sampai saat ini perkembangan kuis SMS justru semakin marak. Pemerintah seharusnya berperan lebih aktif dalam mengupayakan penertiban kuis SMS yang sebenarnya adalah bentuk lain dari perjudian ini.

Ulama menyatakan bahwa kuis SMS ini haram, karena terdapat unsur judi di dalamnya. Alasan para ulama menggolongkan kuis sms sebagai judi, adalah:

• Ada unsur penipuan. Untuk menutupi unsur penipuan ini, disediakan hadiah.
• Merugikan konsumen, karena hadiah berasal dari dana konsumen yang terkumpul.
• Mengundi nasib.
• Membuat angan-angan kosong.
• Malas bekerja/berusaha, karena kegiatannya hanya menunggu pengumuman pemenang.

Usaha penertiban kuis SMS judi sebelumnya selalu menemui hambatan karena MUI tidak memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan penertiban. Pertemuan antara Majelis Ulama Indonesia bersama Departemen Sosial menjelang akhir 2006 mengenai masalah kuis SMS judi tersebut, sampai saat ini belum membuahkan hasil apapun.

Disamping kuis SMS, saya berpendapat bahwa polling SMS pun perlu mendapat perhatian. Beberapa waktu lalu saya menerima email dari sebuah milis, tentang banyaknya orang tua yang terlilit utang ratusan juta rupiah, semenjak anak mereka menjadi peserta AFI (Akademi Fantasi Indosiar). Pasalnya, orang tua mereka ngutang ke sana-sini buat menggenjot SMS dukungan untuk putera-puteri mereka. Bisa dipastikan tidak ada satu pun kemenangan AFI itu yang berasal dari pilihan publik. Kemenangan mereka ditentukan seberapa besar orang tua mereka anggup menghabiskan uang untuk SMS.

Betul, kemenangan para kontestan acara pencarian bakat di televisi Indonesia sangat bisa ditentukan oleh mampu atau tidaknya orang tua peserta, atau pihak lain yang mengenal peserta sebagai putra daerah, misalnya gubernur, bupati. Sentimen kedaerahan ini sangat tidak mendidik.

Pada penyelengaraan American Idol, dari 580 juta vote yang masuk, vote yang berasal dari SMS hanya sekitar 11,12%, sisanya berasal dari layanan toll-free yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara.

Kembali ke contoh polling SMS, AFI. Berapakah jumlah vote yang masuk? Pada tanggal 28 Februari 2004, saat konser final, terkumpul vote sejumlah 2,5 juta hanya dalam waktu 3 jam dan semuanya berasal dari SMS berbayar. Dengan harga SMS premium sebesar Rp 2000,00/SMS sudah terkumpul dana Rp 5 miliar dimana 40% untuk penyelenggara program, selebihnya untuk SMS provider.

Dengan melihat penerapan voting acara serupa di Indonesia, tidak heran beberapa teman menyatakan bahwa acara seperti AFI, Indonesian Idol, Penghuni Terakhir, KDI, sejatinya bukan mencari pemenang terbaik. Acara ini hanya sebagai kedok. Bisnis sebenarnya adalah SMS premium.

Ok, so maybe Valentine’s Day isn’t for another month, but that doesn’t mean you can’t show your partner some special attention now. In fact, I invite you to join me in this experiment. The plan is to show your love for your partner in a small and different way each day for a whole month and see what magic happens.

Here are a list of 50 things you can do to express your love. If things aren’t good between you and your partner right now, this might be just the thing to slowly melt the ice between you both. • Place an ad in the classifieds declaring your love. Then take the newspaper, wrap it in a bow, and put a little note on it saying what page to look on.
• Blindfold surprise. Blindfold your partner and drive them to the place where you had your first date, and have that date all over again!
• Write a love poem for her.

Ketua Umum Partai Hanura Wiranto makan nasi aking bersama warga di Kampung Masigit Tegal, Desa Priyayi, Kasengen, Serang, Banten. Dalam kesempatan itu, Wiranto menghabiskan sepiring nasi aking.

“Jujur saja rasanya tidak enak. Tapi saya enak-enakin saja. Itu (nasi aking) jelas sangat tidak bergizi,” komentar Wiranto setelah melahap sepiring nasi aking di rumah gubuk milik Sutejo di Rt 13/01, Kampung Masigit Tegal, Serang, Banten, Selasa (18/3/2008).

Mantan Capres Golkar ini mengaku, datang bersama beberapa pengurus Hanura ke Kampung Masigit Tegal, Desa Priyayi, sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan ingin merasakan rasanya makan nasi aking.

Wiranto mengatakan, kebanyakan warga di desa ini memakan nasi aking dan tidak bisa membeli beras. Warga kampung ini biasanya memungut hasil panen warga yang berjatuhan kemudian dibuat menjadi nasi aking.

“Saya ikut prihatin dan meminta masyarakat lainnya untuk ikut peduli,” imbaunya.

Ditanyakan mengenai kemungkinan aksi ini sebagai langkah kampanye menuju pemilu 2009, Wiranto mengaku tidak peduli. “Ya terserah saja lah, yang penting saya peduli terhadap orang yang kurang,” ujarnya. (okezone)
